Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → The Cut → Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund? +
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find the charge, and request a refund. Apple typically processes these within a few days. If you're having trouble, contact us and we'll help.
How do I delete my account and all my data? +
In the app, go to the Me tab → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your rounds, sessions, coaching history, and profile. The deletion is irreversible.
My scorecard photo didn't log correctly — what do I do? +
The AI extraction works best on clear, well-lit photos. If it missed something, you can edit the round directly in the app from the Log tab. For persistent issues, send us the photo via this form and we'll investigate.
Chase gave me wrong or weird advice — should I be worried? +
Chase is an AI and can occasionally give advice that doesn't fit your situation. Always use your own judgment and, for significant swing changes, verify with a qualified PGA instructor. If something looks very wrong, let us know via this form.
I can't log in — what do I do? +
Make sure you're entering the same phone number you signed up with, including the country code (+1 for US). If the OTP isn't arriving, check that your carrier isn't blocking SMS from short codes. Still stuck? Contact us with your phone number and we'll look into it.
